程忠,南宁学院食品教研室专任教师,副教授,广西大学生命科学与技术学院兼职硕士生导师,毕业于广西大学微生物学专业,获理学博士学位,国际权威杂志Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry(SCI一区,top期刊)审稿人。

主要成果:工作至今,在生物工程领域中的“微生物酶资源的开发与利用”领域形成了稳定的研究方向。本人目前主持或参与生物工程相关自科课题7项,发表SCI论文多篇,申请国家发明专利多项。
